We Are Recruiting:
- SEN Tutors (Functional Skills, Vocational, Outreach)
- SEN Teachers (Post-16)
- SEN Support Staff (Teaching Assistants, Learning Mentors, Behaviour Support)
Settings You May Work In:
- Specialist colleges (Post-16 & 16–25)
- Alternative provisions (APs)
- PRUs and outreach environments
- Community or home-based education programs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored teaching and support aligned to EHCPs
- Deliver engaging, differentiated learning sessions
- Support learners with a range of needs, including:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- SEMH
- Moderate to complex learning difficulties
- Promote independence, engagement, and positive outcomes
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting or teaching learners with SEN
- Relevant qualifications (QTS / PGCE / Level 2–3 TA / tutoring experience beneficial)
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A flexible, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Enhanced DBS (on update service or willingness to obtain)
